I think some to most of the miracubitches can’t tell the differences between morally gray characters (some of these characters make hard choices even if it hurts. But some fanfic writers can’t do it correctly either!), characters’ alternate POV (they weren’t there at the incident(s) so they’re more akin to being stuck in the middle or trying to avoid unnecessary petty conflict, they ain’t drones for the supposedly “beloved” protagonist) and just plain bashing…

TVTropes has the potential to be an infotainment site for existing media cuz I only go for a few anime fics there but not the western toons. But the non-bashing fics have been overshadowed by miracucunts’ “character critique” fics, not just their friends and associates’ fics or smth.

Ah yes. Gold Digging Thirst they like assigning specifically to Lila. Just another form of that Lila only wants fame and fortune and Adrien as a trophy people came up with from like nowhere spread it around and took as divine/permanent truth and latched onto it.

Them miracutwats do love being egregious scabbies. Miracusturbances scared of removing their tunnel vision to take responsibility. Maybe they don’t want to see their ugly faces in the mirror because they don’t want to accept their collective worthless discourse.

Perhaps they want deny that they became, are rivaling, or are far worse than whatever they hated and went out their ways against and continued or still continue. Could be that they secretly want to be who they strongly loathe but don’t see they already surpassed them long ago or they truly believe they are doing a noble deed.

Sometimes I wonder how do people just do this to themselves, from start to finish?

Oh lord, suddenly the Fanon vs Canon male characters from other franchises aren’t so aggravating now (spoilers for some of these people so I’m going from past to current releases for those who aren’t updated! These are my and probably several others’ viewpoints on how some fans treat them.):

Canon Batman and group: professional work environment. Batman fights to cope with his trauma, stern but fair towards practically everyone even his wards and kids? He and his group are typically prepared for opponents matching their playing field at best.

Fanon Batman and group: overprotective and spoils his adopted and biological kids aka canon wards and kids from whatever adaptation exists. Somehow he and his batfam are the scariest heroes in their world, moreso than other Justice League members. Probably due to their crazy prep time lol? Ridiculously smart group, and I do mean academics, fighting and reading people.

Canon Danny Fenton/Phantom: smarter than he lets on, witty quips/snark banter in a good portion of his dialogue.

Fanon Danny Fenton/Phantom: an angel or poor victim who can do no wrong. Despite the original creator Bitch Fartman being a homophobe and denying mental health issues, some fans HC him as trans. In some dark fics he be like, “*sniffs* nobody cares about me! They’re better off without me around!”

Canon love interest: good people with flaws, makes an effort to be civil even with some exes who are cool with them. They would think, “He/She deserves to be happy with that person, I’m not going to get in the way to that.”

Fanon love interest: either they’re their supporting friend or a jealous Yandere all along. Rarely do you see the Yanderes moving on from their love interest.

Canon Tanjiro: still genuinely kind towards nearly everyone despite most of his family being dead by the Demon King. Actually has a merciless cold side when it comes to certain demons so he ain’t giving chance to those bitches.

Fanon Tanjiro: damsel in distress or just an emotional dude who cries plenty about things.

Canon Izuku: for how much trauma and violence he’s been gone through, he pulled through.

Fanon Izuku: bc of his looks he’s often seen as the OwO helpless cinnamon roll despite earning a powerful quirk from his mentor. Others see him as an edge lord coping hard for all he’s been through, bro just snapped.

Canon Dabi: murderer who doesn’t give a shit about his past and just wants to cause trouble/damage just to get back at a certain someone.

Fanon Dabi: loving dude who checks up on his loved ones making sure they’re alright. In some AUs where he’s a hero, he’s probably just a party dude who loves the ladies lol.

But when it comes to the miracuhoes and people with similar mentality doing this, well…:

Ok what’s with some writers forgetting about Marinette’s Asian heritage in some DC Xover fics?? Y’all are really trying too hard to create bio!dad Bruce AUs! We already have his canon wards, at least those other fan writers are more respectful of the canon sources! Heck, the bio fam batfamily from only their universe/source material is infinitely better than the Xover ones any day!

Hope you don’t mind me sharing a few opinions from other similar things:

Danny Phantom x other shows fanfics are probably just diet versions of Miraculous crossovers. But the bashing is quite toned down on his parents and canon girlfriend Sam that a portion of the fandom detests. I don’t mind crossover ships since the DP phandom is chill about it but it’s always the miracubitches ruining crossover fics. Funny thing is that Danny’s fans also do the “Protagonist Morality Centric” and coddle him more/treat him better than the Miraculous protagonists’ fans. Strangely he isn’t an abuse victim yet some fans write him as such. I don’t even follow the tags anymore since late 2023 but I’d occasionally share my opinions/criticism when I feel like it, and nobody dogpiled me on AO3! Pointing out various fandom parallels, they aren’t so different in their stans and hatedoms after all. It’s just certain sections of a community being way louder than others. I’m kinda uninterested in it now because DP’s canon is more bearable compared to Miraculous. At least I’d admit that it’s not the best show in history because of said canon and some fans making Danny immune from criticism, treating him like an innocent angel even though he’s got flaws like everyone. Though their canonically released graphic novel really fixed things.

Turning off the mature button on any art site without tag filtering is a regretful decision… even worse on D/A when there’s clearly sus art that deserves to have the mature filter. I feel bad for innocent and good users who are too used to using the site to upload their content… but they really should move somewhere more manageable like tumblr, AO3 or whatever else isn’t uber cultish or volatile.

I mean, I have nothing against that kind of art but those people should’ve just done that on the more mature sites instead of the mainstream sites… I’m guessing they’re too damn lazy to do it… the staff are either too busy with other matters, complacent with it or just don’t care whilst punishing those who did nothing wrong.

Strange thing is, when other people give out similar toned reviews on other series, they didn’t get deleted by TVTropes staff or mass flagged by the stans. Probably because they are secretly biased when it comes to how opinions are said and done. Or maybe my deleted review was a little too “harsh and mean” for their standards. That site has potential for introducing canon content and fanfics for curious internet users, not just people using creative funny terms. But they’re overshadowed by biased staff who’s more worried about silencing harmless opinions rather than making sure people are behaving. The review section should have the 5 star system like other sites so people can sort them out, hence reducing the likelihood of being silenced.

In mid 2022, I tried to create a page for a popular canon divergent fanfic from One Punch Man but that got deleted for “lack of updates/maintenance”. Yet someone else did the same thing and didn’t get whacked in early 2023. Probably because that current version is better written than the old version. Even so, there should’ve been sections for the old and new versions because some readers were ok with the old deleted one. Even if there were Karens fussing a lot with guest reviews (no login needed so that’s bad for inactive fics unlike AO3 ones where guest emails are required not just regular users) about the old version on Fanfiction.Net/FFN. No good deed goes unpunished huh?

Are they trying so hard to be Asian but continue to diss Alya and Adrien? Even if those two were annoying at times they didn’t deserve the hate from the so-called Marinette Stans. Besides even though I’m kinda neutral on her, canon Marinette wouldn’t approve of the crazy fans taking things too far. Though I understand why some people detest her and that’s fine by me. Though ngl, there used to be a lot of Adrien/Cat Noir stans before the Lila debut. They’re still coming to his defense even to this day.

Or maybe they’re just hating on white men specifically? For some people claiming to be fighting for equality, they’re dissing white people. That’s not nice, you’re just as bad as the people hating and oppressing the minorities. Most white people in modern times are actually kind, don’t hate on them! At least they aren’t brainwashed by the supremacists!

They’re just like some deviantart users, creating loads of hateful content of fictional characters and series they detest a lot. 💀 A huge waste of time and talent when they could use them for something more positive like any other fictional series that doesn’t have situations where it pisses off the majority.

Oh man, they’re one of the reasons why I deleted my TVTropes account not only due to my lack of logging in but me getting silenced for writing a review on another series. People out here really believing Marinette would be cool with how they react to her friends. Recently I’ve learned that people wanted XY (Bob Roth’s son) dead cause Jagged Stone. Not even gonna talk really about the Lila insanity they have against her in there or the bizarre stanning for Chloe suffering there. Still, what did XY do that was so offensive?
